The villa has a large terrace with magnificent views (deck-chairs, sunshades and barbecue provided). In the converted loft of the villa there is a large open fire-place and in the evenings you can enjoy a choice of films shown on maxi-screen. In summer you can of course view the films al fresco. The structure also has a bis living room with kitchen corner at all guests' disposal.

We have four spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom and satellite TV. Breakfast and snacks can be taken amidst the beautiful trees and roses in our cool, fragrant garden. We will be happy to serve you a variety of local specialities including a wide choice of cheeses and salamis, home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as tarts, pies, and home-made bread.

Nestling among the gentle hills of Tuscany and within easy reach of the dreamy cities of Pisa and Lucca. The villa is the ideal starting point for excursions in the Tuscan countryside, either on foot, on horseback or by bicycle (available for rent). We will be glad to organise bike excursions on request. Sites of interest include ancient churches, Renaissance villas and typical Tuscan farmhouses, where you can the taste local wines, home-pressed olive oil and other delicious food typical of the region.
